What is Art Letter?

An Art Letter is a painting used to convey your feelings to someone through art.  Paintings can be selected according to the situation.  Try sending an Art Letter instead of a letter.

 

How long before my product arrives?

The shipping company usually delivers in about 10 days, but depending on the circumstances, there may be delays, especially in the islands.  We do not specify a date.  Please also note that our items are shipped from Canada, which may account for some of the extended time.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE in Japan.

 

I would like to order the same products again.

We do not do mass productions.  Your purchase is the one-of-a-kind finished work by artist Rufus Lin.  Therefore, unfortunately reorders of the same product cannot be accepted.

 

Can I place a message with the work (Art Letter)?

We offer an optional message service.  Please inform us in advance if you have any wish to send works with names or other text.

 

I want to send works as gifts.  Can they be sent directly to the address of the person?

Sorry, delivery of our products to a third party could be complicated.  To avoid such a situation, we do not deliver to different addresses.

 

I want to send works as gifts.  What will I receive in the package (Art Letter)?

When you send your gift box, the work will be sent in an envelope with more cushioning.

 

Can I get framed items?

Unfortunately, we do not provide framed items.

 

Are returns available?

Returned products can be sold again, but we apologize that returns will be refused on principle.  Please contact us immediately if there is any loss or damage in transit, and we will consider a refund or other compensation.
