Approximately 1 to 2 weeks (may take longer, depending on global shipping conditions)

All of Rufus Lin’s works are original paintings, with no duplicates or prints. Once a work is purchased, it belongs to the purchaser and the artist will obviously not paint the same painting again.

The images on this website are generally digital sketches produced by the artist, and the actual original acrylic paintings may differ slightly in some respects.

Please be aware that cancellations after placing an order and returns after receiving the artwork are not accepted. There are no refunds for any reason.

[Order Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges]
Once payment is completed, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

[Artwork Information and Pricing]
The prices displayed on this site are based on the prices at the time they are shown and are subject to change without notice. Please note that we do not offer compensation or discounts for price fluctuations.

[Artwork Shipping]
1. Shipping of the artwork will occur after payment confirmation. We will dispatch the item within 2 to 3 business days from the date payment is confirmed, and it should arrive at your address within approximately two to three weeks. Further delays may be possible, depending on global shipping conditions.

2. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery deadlines.

[Disclaimer]
1. We ensure that paintings are in perfect condition at the time of shipping, and we pack the unframed paintings to minimize any chance of damage. However, once delivered to you, we urge you to open and inspect the painting, as we accept no responsibility for any deterioration or damage to the artwork caused by factors such as time, temperature, or storage methods.

2. If we attempt delivery to the specified location but are unable to complete the delivery due to reasons such as an undeliverable address, we will attempt to contact you, but require payment of a charge for re-delivery, if desired. In either case, there are no refunds of the purchase price of paintings.

3. Artwork purchases made by minors are considered as having been made under the responsibility of their guardians.

4. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from natural disasters or other causes beyond our control.
